Cole Advisory services are a complementary extension to our Development Services. Our property advisors have qualifications and experience in estate management and / or agency. The Cole Advisory team is led by Brian Cole who has extensive property experience managing an office for JLL (then JLW) and in large urban regeneration projects in the UK and Australia.
We offer property solutions and recommendations in the context of the risk constraints of the organisation we are serving. In each assignment we consider the Economic, Political, Environmental, Social, Technological and Legal impacts when applying our market knowledge and experience and our appreciation of trends in the property market.
We are regularly called upon to carry out property portfolio reviews and optimisation assessment involving market analysis and research, highest and best use analyses and the production of feasibility and land use reports. Highgate also acts for Clients in the planning and overseeing of property transactions and managing the processes of acquisitions or disposals, sales and leasing where we apply our commercial negotiation skills for maximum results.
